With an impressive Senior Executive career in the Rail and Metro sectors, Chris has significant experience in NED roles.

Current involvement in the GBR transition for its customer strategy and proposition draws on Chris’s knowledge gained from 40 years’ in the rail and mass transit sector both in the UK and overseas in multi-cultural teams.

Commercial and Bid Directorship roles for TOCs and senior rail consultancies, as well as time served with the DfT, have shaped a deep understanding of stakeholder requirements and the challenges of shaping operational capabilities for functional delivery.

As a strategic advisor for customer-centric service design and/or operational solutions, Chris is available for short term intensive or full time assignments, placing great importance on mentoring and development of fresh thinking in delivering valuable, forward thinking outcomes.
